The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.
Please respect the quite and privacy of other guests. For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that you refrain from using
mobile phones and cameras.
Tanga spa is a non-smoking facility. It is advisable to avoid consumption of alcohol and heavy foods prior to, or directly after, a spa
treatment.
Lockers are available in the Sauna room for Sauna users and it is advisable that you leave valuables in the lockers while using the
Sauna. The spa cannot assume liability for any valuables.
Spa amenities including complementary spa body products are provided for your convenience.
During all treatments you will be properly draped to ensure your privacy. Slippers & disposable underwear are provided for our guests.
Robes are provided for guests who opt to have a massage and use the sauna.
We highly recommend advanced booking prior to your arrival to ensure your preferred date and time of treatment. The spa provides
walk-in bookings based on availability.
We recommend that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment to allow time for the necessary procedures and to
enjoy the relaxation space before their treatment begins. Please be aware that late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time
as a courtesy to our next guest.
Guests are requested to advise the spa of cancellation or any changes to their treatment times as soon as possible and preferably at
least 12 hours before the scheduled treatment.
Guests with a previous medical history of cancer, heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, injuries or any other health
concerns are advised to seek advise from their medical practitioners before booking any treatments at the spa.
The minimum age for spa treatments is 16years old.
Tanga Spa is open from 10:00am to 7:00pm daily. Should you require an earlier or later treatment, kindly contact the spa reception.
